How it all started
As I have worked and grown professionally over the years, not only in wedding photography but in general, I started getting more and more requests for photography training. I decided to give it a try and found that teaching is an activity that gives me immense pleasure – on the one hand because I get to meet even more people that life otherwise probably wouldn’t have introduced me to, and on the other because the feeling of passing on your passion to another is unparalleled.
So, I initially started with group training in my then office, but in 2014 a group of photographer friends and I laid the foundation for PhotoSchool – the fastest growing photography school in Bulgaria. Since then, the network has grown to nine more cities, and I am proud to be part of this community as a teacher at PhotoSchool Varna. Photography training at PhotoSchool takes place in groups, and every autumn we start a new course for absolute beginners. The biggest advantage of group photography courses is that you not only learn the basics quickly and easily, saving yourself months or even years of trying to master them on your own, but you also find like-minded people to share your common passion with.
However, if you’re interested in one-on-one lessons, I’d love for you to contact me – I guarantee you’ll not only dive into the vast world of photography very quickly, but have a lot of fun in the process. The course covers all the basics – from technical concepts such as speed, iso and aperture, the basics and history of photography, to working with natural light and flash, techniques in different genres such as portraiture, landscape, and file processing.
