It’s been a while since I’ve shared wedding stories – but now that it’s not active wedding season, I have that time. However, I would like to tell you a little bit about an awesome wedding celebration I had the honor and pleasure to be a wedding photographer at in Sozopol.
The event took place at the Anel complex, which is perched on the southernmost side of the Budjaka peninsula, and hides secret coves, a small beach and impressive cliffs in the sea.
But let’s go back to Stamena and Atanas’ wedding – one of the reasons I was so happy to be a part of their day is that four years earlier I was Stamena’s sister’s wedding photographer. Even when they contacted me, I said to myself “Well, I must have done well even then!”.
The celebration was filled with wonderful and positive emotions, and besides lots of dancing and fun for the guests, I was able to enjoy the casualness of the newlyweds.
The icing on the cake, however, was undoubtedly Stefan Valdobrev’s performance, which contributed to the even more elevated mood of all present. Not only did he give his heart and soul, but his communication with the happy couple and the other guests was wonderful. And I decided not to sing with him this time ;).
Aside from wanting to thank Stamena and Atanas for trusting me, I also want to share the feedback the bride got when they received their photos – because that feedback is invaluable to any wedding photographer:
“No problems, it was worth the wait! We had a wonderful time last night with a glass of wine and photos, laughing and waving. I showed the photos to my colleagues today and they all agreed that they were the most beautiful wedding photographs they had seen (and I have colleagues with a rather bull-headed, artistic eye hahaha)”
To the couple who are about to celebrate their second anniversary, I can only wish that they are still so in love and illuminated with happiness on their journey together ahead!
And to you – enjoy the gallegry bellow!
